The lounge room has reverse cycle air-conditioning, wood heater, LCD television, stereo and DVD player. A variety of board games and movies are provided. There is a double lockup garage and a highset carport for a trailer or boat. A covered entertainment with barbecue facilities provides a place to unwind after a busy day. An open lawn area provides a place for children to play in the fully fenced yard.

Situated within walking distance of Warwick's city centre, restaurants and clubs, Albion Cottage provides the opportunity to unwind and escape and is an ideal base from which to discover the delights of the Southern Downs and Granite Belt region. The showgrounds are only a few minutes walk and the Morgan Park sporting precinct is a five minute drive away.
