Grafton Rose Bed and Breakfast

Warwick’s only Bed and Breakfast to include Dinner, Bed and Breakfast in the tariff. Grafton Rose is nestled in the heart of Warwick township, only one block from the main street. This gracious Queenslander style home has been restored to its former glory and provides a perfect setting for guests to enjoy its comforts.

Surrounded by an abundant, well-loved garden and wrap around verandas you can sit and relax. The back deck has outdoor furniture on the back deck and comfortable lounges on the front verandah. Cosy, charming bedrooms, decorated to the era await you. You can select the option to join Deborah and Ross for a two course dinner and a cooked or continental breakfast. Families are most welcome.

If you wish to host a small business, private or charity function at the house, then Deb will be happy to talk to you further to organise details.

Due to current health advice on social distancing, they have withdrawn access to the room with two king singles. The second Queen Room has its own bathroom eliminating the need to share the a bathroom.

Each guest/couple has access to their own television room and separate dining room from other guests.
