Leyburn Cabins Motel

Welcome to Leyburn and the Leyburn Motel/Cabins. Located on the beautiful Darling Downs, Leyburn is just a 2.5-hour drive from Brisbane and is a great destination for a weekend escape. Leyburn boasts a relaxed and friendly country atmosphere created by the 450 or so people living in the region. The town is rich in history that dates back to the early 1800s, which is evidenced by the photos displayed at the RSL Museum is located behind the Motel/Cabins. Leyburn is also home to the Annual Historic Leyburn Sprints, held every August. Be sure to drop by “The Royal Hotel” during your visit for a friendly chat; it’s located right across the road! Should you need any supplies on your stay, the local General Store is only a stone’s throw away. Two cabins are restored sheep shearer quarters. All cabins have been re-fitted with reverse cycle air conditioners and smart televisions that can use your data. Wifi connection coming.
