Laidley Golf Club
Laidley Golf Club is a picturesque twelve-hole course situated adjacent to Lake Dyer, two kilometres from the township of Laidley, on Wehlow Road, off Laidley-Gatton Road.
Officially opened in 1951 as a nine-hole course, it was extended to twelve holes during 2002 with the benefit of a Sport & Recreation Grant. The new holes were officially opened on 26th January 2003 and added more variety and new challenges for both the Competition player and the Social golfer. During this extension, two new dams were also constructed and are now challenging features on the course. The new greens have been professionally designed by David Burrup. The competition course has seventeen different tees for the eighteen holes for Men, and eighteen tees for the Ladies.
